Shipping Policy
Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days, fulfilled Mon. to Fri. After this time the shipment for the order is delivered to the carrier company and ready for transit.
Transit Time: 4 to 8 business days, shipped Mon. to Fri.

This shipping policy is valid in the United States.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a tracking number.
To Cancel an Order:
Contact our customer support team at info@knoxandriver.com before the order is shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order anymore and you will need to go through the return process.
Damaged on Arrival:
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Provide a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.
Delayed Orders:
Has the maximum of delivery days (11 business days) passed and your order still hasn't arrived? We apologize for the inconvenience, but delays can happen due to various reasons, such as bad weather, holidays and so on. Please give us additional 2 business days. If the package doesn't arrive by then, please contact us and we will help you find it.
